Traits

Enchanted Weather effect-  The character has one type of a weather effects surrounding them. Snow, clouds, rain, etc.

Note: this effect does not change between different states. If their weather effect is white clouds, the clouds may not change to be stormy/rainy. This would fall under the forecast trait.

This trait is an effects trait, a trait that can be applied to any species using a trait scroll of the proper rarity!

Applicable for all species.
