Allows your bettabo to have large spherical eyes (ie. black moor goldfish) or bubble sacs under the eyes (bubble eye goldfish)
Size limit: each bubble eye/sac cannot exceed the size of the bettabo's head.

The bettabo has a growth on top of their head resembling a single bubble or cluster of bubbles similar to an oranda goldfish. The cluster bubbles can grow all around their face.
